| The final home game of the regular season provided an emphatic victory against Keighley Cougars. Three tries for the returning Tom Halliday and the best performance in a Dons shirt for former Man of Steel and the sponsors Man of the Match, Rangi Chase among a number of positives on the day.
Next up, a trip to Cumbria to face fellow play off contenders Workington Town in the final league game of the 2019 season. As Mike (Double Movement) has explained in the 'League One Play Offs' thread, the result of this fixture plus Hunslet v Oldham will dictate the Dons finishing league position and as such, their fixture in the opening round of the League One play offs.
Last Season: Workington 34 Doncaster 6 (Sunday 17 June 201icon_cool.gif.
Dons Try: Cameron Scott.
Dons Conversion: Jordie Hedges.

| Matty Beharrell must be rated extremely doubtful (knee injury requiring a scan).

| Was watching Coventry vs Haven on Ourleague ...had to turn off ... it was like gatecrashing someone else's party.
I hope the Dons win tomorrow and I can have another game at the Keepmoat.
If not, they don't really deserve anything do they?
Well done Haven ... makes us look seriously bad.
My bet is on Newcastle for the other slot.

Basically, with Workington having home advantage (worth about 6 points), the bookies consider both teams to be pretty much equal.
Hunslet +8 @ 10/11 with Bet365 suggests the bookies can sense an Oldham win.
Should both results go our way today, our odds of going up would probably halve.
Should we lose today, the play-off path would be: Away to Workington, away to loser of 3 v 4, and away to either 2, 3 or 4 in the final. Any defeat in those games would mean we were eliminated.
Should we win and Hunslet win, as above but Home to Workington in the first match.
Should both results go our way: Away to Team 3, if we win we'd be away to Team 2, winning that puts us in the final. There's a second chance if losing away to Team 3.
By finishing 4th, there is a remote chance we could be at home in the final but this would only happen should Team 5 or 6 get to the final. Finishing 5th or 6th makes it impossible to be at home in the final.
