Following the trip to The New River Stadium, another away day and a first visit to Stebonheath Park, Llanelli.

Two very one-sided scorelines against the hosts in back-to-back fixtures versus York (Away) and Bradford (Away) in which the Raiders have failed to register a single point must have eroded any little remaining confidence after four earlier League 1 defeats.

It would be very easy to have much sympathy for the Welsh club and the sort of margins they are losing by do nothing for the sport.

However, the Dons must still approach the fixture with the utmost professionalism. Indeed, who knows if points difference may be important later in the season.

Fortunately for West Wales, Miloudi will probably be drafted into the Hull side for the CC game against Featherstone

Not looking likely. Radford has said it will be Jake Connor and Tuimavave in the halves I believe, so perhaps he may move into the centres

Free Press says that Howden missed last weekend's game with a triceps injury.
Well Mr. 'Play one/miss two' is hoping to be in contention for the Welsh game.

Bit surprised at that but if he is available for the Dons that will do nicely.

After Hull's win over Featherstone last night , and the large number of injuries they sustained, have we seen the end of dual reg for a while as it looks like Hull will need all the bodies they can muster to see the next couple of months out.
If this is the case our small squad may be our undoing yet again ,with some tough games coming up.

Small squad?
Our squad is a big squad we are repeatedly told ....
It is not big in either sense of the word and yes this will be a tester.

Hull had two players go off with twist injuries and I should imagine they will be right as rain in two or three weeks.
Being a qualified expert and all.
lol

My guess is that we may have seen the last of Maloudi and Litten for a while in a Dons shirt.

I cant envisage Hull wanting to risk anymore players picking up injuries playing for Doncaster with the Magic weekend on the horizon.
Given their extensive injury list I would be very surprised to see any dual reg players in the squad for Sunday.

If we cant go down to West Wales with our own players and do a number on them ,after the drubbings they have received in the last fortnight then I wont hold my breath for victories over Hunslet , Oldham and Workington.
