Matty has pulled hamstring so it says on his Facebook. He’s hoping to get seen to this week by specialist who will then either rule him in or out of action. But looks like a possibility he’ll be out for the season now, I’m hoping wrongly of course. Because we need him - his passion and rallying the squad AND fans is second to none. But hopefully we’re kept in the loop.

I have to say I'm very surprised that there has been no mention about the referees performance on Sunday, I know Donny won but for me that ref did everything he could to give barrow a chance in the game, not to mention all the shifthousing in tackles/ruck that he turned a blind eye to.
I've never seen a ref over-rule a linesman in a game, let alone twice. Both linesman were in far better position than the ref but he chose to ignore them, the first one for the drop out the ref could have been correct as it was down the other end from where I was sat, but the 2nd one was totally incorrect, calling a dons knock on when the only touch from them was the kick through before the Barrow player clearly knocked on on the deck, this was right in front of us.
The inconsistent application of the 6 again rule and his interpretation of a high tackle was pretty laughable. Anyway a great team performance got the win so in the end his performance didn't effect the result.
Looking forward to this weekends game and hopefully a similar result/performance

If we had lost there would have been more comment !
I think the fans were that relieved with performance & win ,the fact that the referee was poor was irrevalent.
