| A rather strange game in my opinion. 50 points on the board but I still think there’s more potential in the team.
As per previous comments, the start was dire. Any half decent opponents would have had a field day in the first quarter.
Seemed rather surreal being 28 points up at halftime after being so poor.
Had a purple patch in the second half for 10/15 minutes after the 55 minute point but seemed to drift away again.
Set completion stats & penalties for & against could make interesting reading.
Ok, time to be controversial: did we look better with or without Rangi on the pitch?
Really hope he can reproduce the magic, especially in the absence of Watson Boas.

| Sorry to hear that Richard I know it's very difficult to kick a near lifelong habit
I found it very hard to quit after 59 years of supporting & being involved with the Dons in various positions, I just wasn't enjoying watching rugby league anymore it wasn't the same game that I had been brought up with, the first few months of not watching the Dons was very hard for me but I'm over it now & I dont miss the game but I always look out for the Dons results.
Like me Richard l sure you will have lots of fond memories & plenty of stories to tell about your time watching the Dons

| I know what you mean about the atmosphere at Tattersfield being completely different.
Going to places like Batley reminds me of the old days.
The atmosphere at the Keepmoat always seems much better when we're in the West Stand.
At the fans meetings I have asked if the players' benches could be on the same side of the pitch as fans as I think that would help bring us closer together but they seem to prefer to stay next to the changing rooms.
Maybe all-seater stadiums have helped kill the atmosphere at many sporting events too.
