The final home game of the regular season provided an emphatic victory against Keighley Cougars. Three tries for the returning Tom Halliday and the best performance in a Dons shirt for former Man of Steel and the sponsors Man of the Match, Rangi Chase among a number of positives on the day.
Next up, a trip to Cumbria to face fellow play off contenders Workington Town in the final league game of the 2019 season. As Mike (Double Movement) has explained in the 'League One Play Offs' thread, the result of this fixture plus Hunslet v Oldham will dictate the Dons finishing league position and as such, their fixture in the opening round of the League One play offs.
Last Season: Workington 34 Doncaster 6 (Sunday 17 June 201icon_cool.gif.
Dons Try: Cameron Scott.
Dons Conversion: Jordie Hedges.
Workington only scored when we were down to 12 men in the 70th minute due to an injury and we had no subs left, but we were well in control of the game, the guys also kept Moi Moi very quiet.
