| Quote: Double Movement "Expecting a half-decent crowd as it's Hull first friendly.
I wonder if the two season-long loan players will be in our squad? I would imagine so. Who might they be? Jack Sanderson and Liam Harris?
Here's a list of potential DR candidatesOther players outside the Hull one to seventeen areMore likely areYoungsters added to the Hull squad include:
Charlie Graham, Connor Wynne, Kieran Buchanan, and Jack Brown.
I presume selection rules are still the same this season in that we can have a maximum of five loans/DR in our squad at any one time.
What are your predictions/hopes?
Sanderson and Harris are the two most likely to be on loan.
I am certain Rich Horne will be pushing Lee Radford for a front row and once Green and Bowden are match fit i can see both Bienek and Nzoungou given some game time at Doncaster. These two are still very young but big, strong and both have pace.
Until we know the reserve team schedule which will impact Hull player availability its difficult to assess who will be made available to Doncaster but outside of the 2 loan players i can see Jack Logan being the most regular D/R player and the others made up of rotated forwards.I expect you will also see at times some of the more experienced forwards given the expected fragmented reserve schedule.

| Having watched the "highlights" thanks To Hull FC (Seems Club Doncaster couldn't be bothered to tell its supporters).
We seem to need to learn how to tackle and put someone in a full back who can cover, it was by no means a full strength Hull side and that was almost our best 17, these loan signings that have been rumored since early December need to be quality otherwise its a long hard season of middling disappointment. I wouldnt have in any way expected us to win yesterday but I would have expected a much closer game given the number of first team players Hull didnt put out
As a Doncaster supported I have to echo the sentiment of other as to the value we gained from the friendly, surely a heavy defeat to a side two divisions above second string will do nothing to prepare the lads for a wet Sunday in Oldham. Surely we'd have been better to take on someone we have a more realistic chance against (Sheffield, Hunslet et al).
I think I am allowed to comment as I have watched the Highlights, but I am sure someone will tell me Im not allowed an opinion (maybe another personal message from the Vice President of the RFL).

| Just thinking of who didn't play for Hull and came up with:
Shaul, Faraimo, Griffin, Connor, Tuimavave, Talanoa, Kelly, Sneyd, Taylor, Houghton, Bowden, Paea, Green, Minichiello, Manu, Westerman, Jordan Thompson, Matty Dawson Jones, Bienek and Cameron Scott.
Happy with our depth this year - which could see us challenge. I think you may see Logan, Harris, Litten, Bienek and Naulogo (the Fijian winger who scored the long range try) quite regularly this year

| This game was unusual for me.
I never said a dickybird all game.
Sure I clapped both our tries and I clapped one or two Hull ones because they deserved it ... and that was it.
I could have been anywhere ... watching two sides playing rugby and not feeling part of it.
WEIRD....
