I'm disappointed to see Mark Castle and Louis Sherriff released. They both put in a shift. Let's hope that their replacements match them for effort. Shame also about Mike Kelly but as has been said he was plagued by injury and was a luxury we couldn't afford.

I think Muranka improved towards the end of the season , may be under the guidance of RH . Just a thought.

Connor Scott is another for me who needs to step up to the mark next season .

We probably need 3 new props to start with .

It's not good to name names but I must take issue on the praise being levelled in favour of Mark Castle.Yes he did give it all but as a battering ram five yards from the line. Have you ever seen him make a twenty yard run or off load in the tackle. I don't think so and also whenever an opponent tackled him he was already on the way to the ground.Sorry to disagree but the props of today's game should be able to make a twenty yard dash and offload although not in the brilliant style of Feka.

People will always see things differently & we do not see what goes on at training etc . I will say MC is a better player than another prop who , if he signs a contract, , will be retained .

You've lost me,are you saying that in training he is told not to make 20 yard runs and off load the ball in the tackle? Instead the coach tells him that he just wants him to make barging runs 5 yards from the opponents try line.

Well Tatty I did not agree with what you said about Cas . I think he had a decent season & I would have retained him . The point I was trying to make was there is more than just the 80 mins in accessing a player , training , attitude etc . It is RH call & I respect that but I am allowed an opinion , sorry if I confused you .

I may be wrong but I think some players signed 2 year contracts, if so I expect a few more may have been released, I still expect a couple more may go, especially if RH gets the players in he wants.

I can’t comment on the last few seasons but when mark castle was at the dons before he was a 100% player and would be in my all time team of forwards along with Gaz handford and of course parky

Excluding Feka I think there were 6 players who signed 2 year deals . I think that leaves 11 players who were not on the released list . No doubt these players have been offered deals . We will have to wait and see who accepts them .
