I think i'm right in saying Toulouse pay the travelling expenses for all visiting teams to Toulouse.
The SL 'experiment' in London has failed. The Broncos/Quins or whatever you want to call them were a flop. Crowds were poor which must have hit the RFL hard. It looks like the expansion plans within the UK are limited so the RFL feels there is more scope for expansion further afield.
Crowds at the Donny league level are also poor so the atmosphere amongst the mainly local crowds aren't exactly electric. The crowds at Toulouse so far this season have been pretty good with attendances between 1200 to 2400 which i'm sure Carl or John the chairman can only dream about...
