How daft is it to say we have a plan A and plan B.
Plan A is dead in the water ... when they said it it was dead in the water ... I trust that they didn't waste too much time on it!
If it was me, I'd have apologised and said ... "If we go down, we are coming straight back up, that's a pledge, so stick with us."
Instead we have the appealing plan B. Not this season when we needed it, but next . With a season's evidence of how good our planning is at present.
We hardly ever get top players. We get cast-offs and players that are not anywhere near maturity and not able to take on seasoned quality players.

At a fans forum meeting the club did apologise and said that we would make every effort to gain promotion at the first attempt , this was backed up by Gavin Baldwin who said funds would be available to facilitate this ambition , and Carl hall has since tweeted that we have more or less got a quality signing in place and to watch this space
