Sean leaf has announced he is set to hang his boots up at end of season due to lack of game time , I am saddened to hear that cos to me he is the most underused player on the books always gives his all and should be given more game time in my opinion

Agreed. He stood by the club during our periods of major crisis and always gives everything. I particularly remember a game at Fetherstone (I think it was when we played a couple of home games there) when Leafy played at full-back. He literally put his neck on the line attempting to make a try saving tackle in our in-goal area, and suffered a nasty injury.

I've got the DVD of the game at Batley in the NRC when Leaf played Full back, and Barrie McDermott referred to Leafy running like a prop with a broken sat nav, as he just runs at the biggest player on the pitch all the time.
