I think you are dead right there Karlos.
Not enough emphasis is given to vocal support.
As an individual and a codger at that, I could put the choir to shame.
Fifty gobby gits like me are worth ten points a game.
There was some great vocal support vs Fax, but support disappears too readily and is not consistent.
It matters and does lift the lads ... we should never stop singing ... never!

Both games we could have won but for errors.
I would say that says enough about Batley's chances.

Cut out the needless penalties

Well, here we are again peeps, last league match of the season and may l say this has got to have been one of the best in my 30 odd yrs of supporting the "dons". l think regardless of todays result (obviously we want to win ) to finish poss, second maybe third and at least fourth is more than we hoped for at the start of the season. l want to say a very big well done to all the players and staff and us the supporters for the many good results this year (leigh at home was prob, the best, will be in my memory bank forever) looking forward to today and then the play offs. so see you there good luck to the lads and come on you DONS !

Agree with Harworthdon. We've exceeded expectations by a wide margin and the club deserve enormous credit for what they've achieved.

This season has seen a progression from last season which will hopefully be carried on into next season. As each season passes, the challenge to progress gets even harder, but with increased funding for next season, we've got even more reason to think we should be able to improve the squad and do well again.

I'm sad the league season is ending. The off-season will be a long one but we're not done yet with this season. Really looking forward to today's game. I like Batley and John Kear. I hope they don't go down but we need to win this game too!

It should be be an open, entertaining game. The Dons tactics perhaps ought to be to make sure we boss the forwards and slow their play the balls down, keep them under pressure and force them to push the game. If we do a good job and pressure them into making mistakes, we can get them on the back foot and score a few points.

We can't afford them to get on a roll (like Swinton) or else we could be on the back foot.

From our point of view, it's probably important we don't get any injuries today, although I'm sure the players won't be looking beyond today and will see this as a must win game.

I hope the season ticket sales go really well today. It's a great offer and again the club need to be given credit for keeping prices down and helping to make rugby in Doncaster affordable for us.
