Not at our best today,was a potential Bannana skin crusaders played well and deserved there bonus point.Some missed tackles in the middle could have cost us against a more disciplined side.Bring on Leigh at home.Keepmoat I can't get lost going there.

Well good win or not, the match report in the RL Express could not state enough how poor the Dons were and were very fortunate to win.
Now I wasn't there and the reporter could have had Crusader leanings, but this is a recurring theme.
Cookey is always saying that we didn't play very well even though we managed to win games.
Why worry when you are winning?
We obviously have a core of players who can tough it out and win ... just!
I think we need to see a bit more than that, although I would certainly be happy with the Fev performance we showed at home.

We are looking well placed in the table, punching above our weight in fact, so I think we can have a right good go against Leigh with a view to being the only side to beat them.
We need it to come together better than of late to achieve that.

Looking at the report Wilko got a mention or two.
He is a key player for my money and I look forward to what he can do against Leigh.
I wonder if Cooke is carrying a niggle, because he has gone a bit quiet.

Wilko was average at best . But then again it appears people don't look at defensive efforts and just odd runs in attack

Didn't see the match this week but on previous outings not found him to be lacking in defence and puts cut out passes that often beat the defence. Still think best prospect at scrum half we've had in a while.

I agree, for someone as far through as a chip he puts his body on the line and punches his weight.
It's just that his weight needs to be heavier.
In attack, I don't see anyone in the Dons side with his potential.
Remember Wilkinson has the cutting edge.

We did incredibly well to get out of North Wales with a win. After a bright start and a 10-0 lead we seemed intent on making every type of mistake you could imagine. There were (unfortunately) some average performances on the day. However, to the players credit they somehow managed (and not for the first time) to drag victory from the jaws of defeat.

The drive back was certainly more palatable after a win than a loss despite the performance being a little disappointing.
