I was there and the player effort should not be questioned where we fell down was the application. I think 3 of their 4 tries (if not all) came off errors from wingers & fullback defending end of set kicks/kick off. They never broke us down the middle and our forwards for the most part matched theirs and castle was again outstanding.
This has been a massive step up from last year and there are no 'gimme's in this division and over the season there will always be games and performances that disappoint.
Lets not lose sight that the team have achieved the initial aim of avoiding relegation and are very close to securing a play off spot with 6th still a real possibilty. I think most of us would have taken that if offered before the season kicked off.

Fair point, but given the position we find ourselves in, it would be a shame if we didn't finish sixth. At start of season, better than any of us would have hoped for at this stage.
