| Lost, but a fantastic performance from them for the first 25 minutes of the game, out enthusing and out playing a very good West Hull side.

| Two very proud coaches and large number of proud parents.
Out enthused a very strong West Hull side for 40 minutes giving everything before succumbing to a championship winning side who just had a little too much class and firepower. But we will comeback stronger and learn from today.

| Doncaster's under 18's continue their Yorkshire Youth Combination League campaign this weekend when they travel to play West Hull Colts (12:30pm kick-off).
After a good performance in their first game last weekend, the Dons will be looking to build on their efforts with a strong showing against a well-drilled Hull side.
In their first game at Lindholme, watched by a large crowd, the newly formed side gave a creditable performance against arguably the best side in the competition, West Hull U18's.
After keeping their opponents scoreless for 25 minutes, slick handling saw Hull score 18 points before the break.
After giving their all in the first half a tired defence fought to keep themselves in the game, but this was to no avail as Hull cut loose scoring 44 unanswered points.
The Dons never stopped trying and showed that, after only a few weeks together, they have the makings of a team that should be able to compete in what is a very strong competition.
Stand out performers for Doncaster were Jordan King, Jordan Middleton and Jamie Needham. However, every player played their part in what was a creditable performance and it must be said that the final score was not a true refection of the game.
Please contact Neil Barron on 07951 892656 or Lee Needham on 07525 346951 if you would like to play for the team.
