As you are probably aware, I drive to the Reebok Stadium on a regular basis on a Saturday for the football (starting not far from the York Bar) ... that is currently taking around 2 hours due to the 50mph stretch on the M62.

Widnes is about another 15 miles, so I have to concur that on a Friday teatime, 2 3/4 hours may not be enough ... hopefully for those travelling by Coach us doomsters are wrong .... Good Luck.

Oh ye of little faith. The bus has just arrived!

After setting off slightly early (I am reliably informed)

Was so pleased to see that those travelling by coach had arrived in good time.

So we amended the times slightly based on your advice Gary haha...had time for a cheeky one or two

The bus for whitehaven will leave the Keepmoat at 9.30am on Sunday, with pick ups in town and at York Bar. For anyone wanting a seat who has not already booked, please let either myself or Tracey know.
