I'm not happy.....no decent 6 or 7....that's progress is it?
Simon Brown was one of our best players....and he was coming on well.
I would sooner have kept him until the end of the season.....whether we were to lose him or not.

I just get fed up of building a side for others to cherry-pick.

I am sick to death of watching a side develop and then see it disbanded.

Simon was going to leave at the end of the season regardless of what we did. Tony has done a great deal in my opinion to get kezzy in exchange. Roll on next season with a good preseason and the odd new player we will be top six minimum

Has been excellent in his two games so far. His in play kicking has been excellent, something that we have lacked greatly this season.

Pleased for the lad and glad that he can provide The Eagles with the missing piece of their jigsaw. On the down side the defection of any decent player to other clubs is a sickener. I look forward to the day we are financially strong enough to keep such talent at The Dons. Alas for some, that time, and being able to watch and support a very decent squad, is borrowed time.
