I thought the club were been advised on business & financial matters by a group of local business people surely a good piece of sensible advice would have been to to always make sure your payments to the Inland Revenue & VAT are always paid & up to date yet it is rumoured the club owes the inland revenue around £40k
Nat 1 teams receive £100k from the RFL this season somethig they didn't get last season & we were told we were starting off a debt free club this season and wouldn't be living beyond our meams yet half way through the season we are in administration with debts of around £80k how as this happened in such a short period of time ? |

Dont believe all you are told by the RFL , the 100k per club is not what it seems , just more RFL positive ' spin '  |

Its straightforward as far as i can see-
The club submitted a budget to the RFL which was approved.
A short time afterwards the clubs gone bust.
Lower attendences,less sponsorship than projected etc cant be totally to blame for the said level of debt.
Sadly i cant see the clubs long suffering fans ever finding the true reasons-although its not hard to figure it out. |

To get this money from the RFL involves employing key personel that in all honesty you probably dont need
There is little if any cash monies from the RFL |
