Time keeper had 63 minutes on the clock...rules state any abandonment after 60 minutes and the result can stand

Regarding refunds, generally the laws say any action means you have seen an event so no refunds (like at cricket when if you have only seen one over before it rains there isn't a refund)

why would you want a refund anyway? over 3/4 of the game has gone.

well thats ok then but there was no harm in asking. i wasn't fighting so didn't contribute to the game being abandoned
