I know its the off season, so not much rugby to talk about, so just wondering if anyone knows how the development of the Venture Fields project - cinema, ice rink, bowling etc - is coming along?
I heard it was due to open in the Autumn, but guessing that isn't gonna happen now, lol

Mate, its been open a while now. Certainly the cinema anyway, I'm pretty sure the bowling alley is up and running too.

The Cinema and Frankie & Benny's have been open for a couple of months and the Bowling opened in at the end of October and IIRC Nando's is due to open in the next week.

Bowling opened first. Then Cinema and Frankie and Benny's are open. I believe that tomorrow is a training day at Nandos, meaning free grub. Apparently.

Not everything.
The Ice rink is due to open in January or February next year and the Premier Inn and Pub are still being built.
Oh and the Tesco isn't part of The Hive as they are building it themselves. |
