I imagine over there at the top of your 'Weve won two challenge cups' big tree, you look down on all us mere mortals scrabbling to apsire to be you. What you should know is that we look up to the top of the mighty wire tree and see the odd prize primrose and blue posterior staring back at us.

Actually the question is ''What do the others bring to super Super League'', because at the moment Widnes are the only club with a licence for 2012/2014. As for our current team, do you really think we will have the same......Oh I can't be d explaining to bell ends anymore.

my friend, i know exactly how you feel. ignorence of the franchise process annoys me enough. but this complete ignorence of everything below superleague on the part of many superlague fans is shocking really.

Widnes are complete and total nobodys,not only in the grand scale of things but in every scale of things.

Your success of the late 80s-early 90s was only down to signing players you couldn't afford and when you had to offload them your club sunk without trace.

I remember sometime in 2001/2002 when the Halifax v Warrington game being shown on Sky was a battle between two of the strugglers of Super League.

Whilst I don't agree with licencing in the slightest I hope what Widnes will bring (more than anything) is a right good hiding to a few of these 'holyier than thou' SL clubs who forget that not so long ago - they were !!
