God I am bored of everyone predicting us bottom for the wooden spoon.This should fire the players up more to be honest.Looking at other squads they don't look much better to be honest.Hanbury was player of the year for Crusaders in 2010 and Watts suppose to be better than Rangi Chase.Nobody should predict and I think we will surprise a few.

Don't let predictions worry you too much, Wakey have been predicted to be bottom by the majority of pundits for as long as I can remember and it's never happened yet.

Any coach worth his salt can use this as a major motivational tool anyway.

I'd consider 12th a real achievement for us. We're an unknown quantity so we may be rooted to the bottom two or we may have a push at the eight.

The pundits have both clubs at the bottom of the pile due to all the new faces but if you look at Wakey last season we wernt given a chance of a win with a very poor squad.Ok we took a few batterings but we won a few more than anyone gave chance.Can see both clubs above Salford/London and Bradford who have probably lost the best forward they had in Lynch and I think KR will struggle for a while.Let the best side win on Friday just hope its us and both clubs come the end of the season can say now what you think.

Think widnes has a better squad than Salford, Bradford, and Cas and a squad that's on par with Wakey. Think you'll finish higher than 13th that's for sure - leave those places for Shity Reds and the six fingered ones

its your first season in backin super league...you cant be expecting finish in the play offs because you wont, maybe next season or the season once you get used to super league

Early doors. So let's see. Very steep learning curve and big improvements required, but I think we'll finish higher than 13/14th place.

Widnes need to hold our own against london , wakefield , salford and bradford this season and as wire are at theyre peak they need to do the same against wigan , saints , leeds and probably out of huddersfield or hull.
I can see a few of these bottom 4 predictions showing a lot of improvement by the end of the season , whereas warrington need to show vast improvement to start to match the top 3 , to be honest i can see them finishing around 5th or 6th this season and failing to challenge for grand final again.

having watched you on friday, you would have beaten us with the team we had last year, and we didn't finish bottom then.

in fact had we not had the points deducted we would have been higher, so don't believe it.
