Someone from Fax with some sense.  Seriously Widnes are just doing what the rfl have asked them to do.If we did not concentrate on youth, i am sure we would have bought a team competing in the top 2 every year.Looking at our squad this year, and our youngsters a year older i got a feeling we will do ok. Anyway hopefully Fax will join us in superleague as i like the banter.  |

No. The fans are (well, those who don't trust the RFL and there's a hell of a lot of them) but Mr O'Connor has been preparing for a couple of years after being given the nod in a secret meeting (which many RLFANS.com posters were allowed to sit in on). He's already built a fancy Sky commentary box for the two Gods and their archangels (Clarke & Carney).
When the Vikings of yesteryear raped the women of Yorkshire and pillaged their village they did so after a long and arduous journey across the North Sea. The current Vikings are just sailing past Lindisfarne and are ready to disembark on the East coast of God's Country.

Garry Schofield is in the know at all times so this will definitely happen too.
I'm not sure the roads around Barrow will be able to cope with super league traffic given they were designed around the local penchant for penny farthings.

They were well up for it - just like they are when the Viking horde come calling nowadays . |

| Its no secret that Widnes are odds on favourite to get the nod in March, which is quite understandable, and I will offer congratulations when / if that happens. After all Widnes has done exactly what is required to secure a licence. 
When April comes, and your headaches have all settled down, then please get behind our bid, because dont forget it doesnt end there for Fax (and Barrow), we will go against the rest of the Superleague clubs for a licence and ours could be as strong as some of the others (welsh, quins, etc) for the July announcements.

Were that to happen and we were announced in March I would be more than happy for Fax to replace another in super league who have not delivered on promises in August. They have had the luxury of years of prosperity that we haven't and there can be no excuses for not coming through this time.
That said, with Wakefield, I do feel sorry for the fans. I wish them well in admin, it's not an easy sensation with so much uncertainty hanging over your head. They are now very much favourites to go down even though there are other clubs around them in a similar position.
