The only connection I have with Widnes is through my wife Jessica, who just happens to come from the town and supports Widnes. And for that reason I follow the fortunes of the Vikings!!

Alot of writing off of our signed players (not by Widnes fans I might add) however most have SL experience which you can't argue with. The difference this year is that Cull has a pre-season, last year he inherited a squad one game into the league season.

Now, my opinion is in what will be a very tight league this year, the coaching decisions will be crucial of the outcome, and in my opinion there's only 3 coaches in the league next year with the experience behind them to help, thats Cullen, Millward and Powell.
