The sad part about it is that the bit about the chemical licence is probably true - thus meaning that Castleford and Richard Wright have got away with blatent lying for quite some time. I can understand when clubs stretch the truth a little when advising of completion dates, but it appears to me that Castleford in particular have told lie after lie to string the media along. The general gist of Cas press releases has been along the lines that funding is in place and that work would begin soon - and thats been goin on for years. Considering their (lack of) progress, when Cas were putting their licence application together early in 2008, realistically there were nowhere near even starting the stadium. With Wakefield and Salford - they too have lied, but with Wakefield, they seem to have been back and foward with planning permission and Salford seem have their hands tied by Peel, but its the way Cas have maintained the same story month on month, year on year, but still no tangible evidence that plans are any closer to fruition.
