I presume squad builder monies can be used as an extra , as at our team anyway they are run totally seperate from club by BISSA, so are not part of turnover , presume RFL would deem this acceptable , without increasin income in a recession , but I am just guessin Pepe |

In the recorded part of the link thats has been put on the leigh MB Milward says the reason weve been deducted points is because we couldnt pay a bill due to AT businesses going under and he payed the bills.
If iv'e understood it correctly then thats not really cheating . |

Squad builder is included in SC , if it isn't then things have changed , it is also included in turnover as a donation |

I know what turnover is. So, do you not think that Leigh's submission to the RFL would have had to have been based on increased income, or do you think that they would have simply accepted increased overheads, and that would have sufficed?
Don't forget that Leigh didn't actually reach the 50% turnover in the first place.
