| Quote Odemwingie="Odemwingie"Would love to see Widnes sign some of the players mentioned. Brent Webb would be an awesome signing. Signing players like this would push Widnes straight into the top 8 if they can spend to the full cap. The fans will flood in with a few big name signings.'"
you sign Brent Webb and you ' in the top 8'!

| Typical, sign one of the best SL full-backs of our generation and play him out of position.

| At the end of the day Webb would be a great signing, I can see reasons for playing him in the half's, it's essential that we get a good 7 though if that's the case.

Robson joining Cronulla could back his departure too... They also have John Morris (playing 9 but natural half back) who could be an option but his new found versatility could keep him in NRL I reckon.'"
Well, Cullen is your Director of Rugby....

Maybe a change of club would do Webb a world of good but to me hemlocks finished this year. His passing is out of the NFL.

No thanks, we have better players in our current squad than both of them.
We've bigger fish to fry.

Interesting as i'd be happy with Hudson as a good experienced SL hooker, however reading that board Cas fans would be happy to let go now, which isn't a good sign.
I liked McGoldrick but tbh I think it's just his effort and character as when you study him as a rugby league player you really do fail to see what he actually does?

The reason fans wouldn't be too bothered about Hudson going is we have 2 younger hookers in our team now in Adam Milner and Daryl Clark. Hudson is behind these 2 in our team and is supposedly on a high wage so wouldn't be a massive loss if he was to go now. He is a decent player still and could still do a job but he has lost pace this last year.
Mcgoldrick is a tricky one. Some love him, some hate him. I would be dissapointed to see him go if it is true as he is really our only back up for if Chase or Orr get injured. He is good at putting short balls out wide for the second rowers/centres to run off but he can't really control a game and doesnt have a kicking game. I still think he would offer you something if he did sign though.

| Quote -VIKINGMAN-="-VIKINGMAN-"Well the news of incoming Vikings seems to be picking up pace, of course not all the below are expected to sign but i bet we end up with a few of them.
Brent Webb
Ali Lauitiiti
Andy Coley
Darrell Griffin
Shaun Briscoe
Matty Blythe
Kevin Penny
Paul Johnson
Ben Davies
Keith Senior'"
You've got to be joking?
No half decent player will want to sign for a club which is already booked in for last position in Super League for the next 3 years.
