I actually thought Widnes brought a decent number tonight and was almost double last year's following. Most of you even managed to stay til the 75th minute mark as well!

Yeh good turnout I'd say almost 300.

Give over Frank, we can do enough gloating about what happened on the field - would say it was comfortably around the 500 mark.

Easy to verify there where no Leythers in the South stand which holds 2500ish.

Sorry but that's twice what Leigh brought to us last year and remember were still not a great side lol.

Very vocal Widnes fans for a change, wtaching on SKY now and you c an hear it all game especially when things going wrong in the first half.

Leigh's vocal support was pretty dire tbh, even if couldn't hear it you never saw big groups clapping or whatever!

And as I said on the Leigh board, I completely disagree!

Both sets were certainly going for it at the start, bet it was bloody loud to hear the two going against each other. North Stand isn't quite a cauldron, but it's definitely improving week on week.

Fair few going for it in the car park afterwards too !

haha it made me laugh when i was watching back on sky, when the leigh players ran out all you could hear were boos! leigh only seemed to make noise when they scored and in the last few mins
