Smurf, how can you say you are feeling worried about our lack of signings when the only people to link us with NRL players are fans on this and other messageboards, and specluative journalists in the rugby press? the club itself has not mentioned one single name yet even as a target, so chill out and wait for the official announcements.

its generally the case the clubs dont make any mention of any specific players that would like to sign, its almost always speculation amongst fans and journalists. And this is the rumour thread afterall.
oh believe me, im fully chilled. My point is that other superleague clubs are now and have been for several weeks annnouncing those players they are bringing in from down under, we have yet to make any noise on this front. time is incerasingly a factor, as is the continual reduction in those players available, with transfers to other clubs or new contracts being signed.
if there was something to announce, surely we would be hearing things by now. that we have yet too and many of our rivals have worries me given the factors i just mentioned.

He's very experienced at that level, solid in defence, hard worker and can fill in a few positions if need be. The sort of 'filler' signing we will need for next year?
