Well I thought Thackery was one of your better players quite honestly.
This season for you lot is acedemic and you know it.
Under the rules you have deserved your franchise but I still think franchising is ridiculous for a sport that wants to be taken seriously.

Frank, you used to have a lot more to say for yourself than this. I can tell it's angering you, but there's nothing we can do about it except live with the system we got dealt with. No one has been more put out by politics than Widnes so we're not exactly going to fold when we're finally dealt a good hand. I appreciate that it must be frustrating but we're not the ones you need to take to task for the system. We're merely in the same boat as you, relying on good fortune and the whims of others to get us by. Under the system we've got, we're the best choice. If we were under the old system many down here want back, things would obviously be very different so there really is no point reflecting on the what ifs that may be going on in your head.
We've got a super league set up here, and every right to be in the top league. It's not helpful to come on here every week as fans do to tell us that its all a sham. It is what it is, we're all living with it. |
