I’ve noticed that a few people have been writing off Widnes here.

We still have a superb halfback partnership, and now a bigger, fitter, more experienced pack to lay a platform for them. After last night, it looks like we’ll have great cover from our youngsters too.

It looks like they’ve got quite a few new moves and lots more options, and will be more inventive in attack this season. I think a few eyes may get wiped by October.
