2nd chances? Hasn't Watts been sacked from his past 2 clubs, plus not played any of a 1 year deal with us? I'd regard his new deal with us as at least his 4th chance + if the rumours are true, he stiill hasnt learned. Quite amazing that the club seemed to be so quick to blame the fans yet every bit of their recruitment and performances have been such a let down.

Not so Lucky this time, shame but he's brought it on himself. I know what's happened but clearly can't say anything, until the club release a statement. Which they will soon. |

You're probably right, certainly not considered top class by NRL standards, but probably would have done a job in SL (if fit). I think people were clinging on to the hope that the club had somehow stumbled upon this great rough diamond, but in reality, sadly it seems we were no nearer to taming him than anyone else.
IMO it was kind of worrying when people said that they had seen him out drinking within days of him being here - even though a lot of Widnes fans thought this was great and a sign of him settling in well. |
