Just wondering if anyone knows if the stands behind the sticks will be open for away support? They havent been on my last few visits with Barrow but have seen them open at some of your sky games.

I wouldn't have thought so mate. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd expect a modest following coming down from Cumbria and it's not worth the club having three stands open which all will be less than half full.

Thought it maybe something along those lines. We'll have around 150-200 there, maybe double that if it was a sunday. Looking forward to the game should be a good one. Sure it will be closer than last season when I came down!

They brought a few down to the LSV on Easter Monday, but it's a pretty grim atmosphere when only two stands are open

Too much and a load of dirt anyway. Get yourself to Spoons in the town centre on Albert road, about a 15 minute walk to stadium or 5 mins in a cab.

At ground just pints (£2.50) at least you can take them upstairs now! Since the Albion's demise there aint really a pub around the ground big enough for a few drinks before. The club in the ground itself aint to bad though (by the gym entrance).

The stadium social club is really cheap, I think.

It is terrifically cheap... we went in for the first time in ages after the batley game.
