| Good news in the programme today that we have offered him another contract and he's almost certain to be signing it, just one or two things to iron out according to his notes. For me he's been one of the most consistent players this year and one we could take to Super League if we get there. He showed against Wigan in the CC that he can still handle that level.

| I think he's alright is Gardner, but I know a lot of people don't rate him and did have a bit of a mare yesterday. Funniest moment of the season was when we played Judes and Gardner was returning a kick and he got a good head of steam up and literally ran right through one of their players like he wasn't there. Poor lad slammed to the floor so hard he didn't know what had hit him. For the size of the lad, I'd like to see him run a defenders a bit more out wide. He does his fair share of work when he comes inside but he's never likely to break a set defensive line in the middle of the park.

| Always considered him as one of the least talented players in pro rugby (yes before he signed ).
But he has shown heart, passion and a good work rate and when think back to Salford in this league 2 seasons back yes they were winning for fun but he scored a lot of tires and didn't let down for Quins in SL when got the chance.
His hands are poor for a centre / winger but Mick Nanyn never passed! He's a good squad player who will always be at a low SL squad, High champ player level but he's shown heart so happy to have kept him on board!

| He's played with a shoulder injury all season and played games when he shouldn't have really. I think he's been one of our most consistent player's.

On thread drift:
[quote="tb":24qn1m99]Tough. Conversations develop. It's their nature.[/quote:24qn1m99]
Little Pepe went to nursery school one day wearing his Widnes hat. His teacher asked him why he was a Widnes fan. He said, “Because my parents are.” His teacher said, “That’s not good. What would you do if your parents were drug dealers and hookers?” He replied, “Well then I would be a Warrington fan.”

with a 3 star jumper half way up his back, that’s a fecking Wooly back![/i:24qn1m99]

| He was the worst offender, when it came to dropping the ball today. He was just awful.

| He was well off the required standard when he was at Harlequins, and that's saying something considering our squad for the past couple of seasons.

| I think this is all pretty harsh on the guy. I remember him dropping the ball twice.. once when he had the audacity to try running onto the ball at pace and the pass was fizzed into him. The other was a very clever / lucky knockout just as he was trying to get clear. There were plenty of other players losing the ball and missing tackles.
I can't understand why he is being singled out. He is a steady enough player.
