- The tragic suicide of Terry Newton (RIP)
- Fire and evacuation of west stand at HJ (Caused by a fan?)
- Poor Fax fan in hospital in a coma (caused by 'fans'?)
Unfortunately a day that began with such optimism could turn out to be one of the darkest day's of modern RL. Let's hope for some positive news this week and hoping that the Halifax fan makes a full and speedy recovery!

Aye, what a pity that a couple of idiots, from both teams, have spoilt what should have been a great day for all involved, and tarnished the reputation of their fellow fans and the game as a whole.
Let’s hope that Halifax lad makes a speedy recovery and is none the worse for his experience. |

It was more if it was an arson attack and putting things together. Have expressed my sympathies and best wishes for Terry Newton and the Halifax fan elsewhere aswell. |

What’s your point?
They are associated by virtue of the fact that they are both potentially deadly criminal acts committed by - so-called - fans on the same day, at the same game and at the same stadium. |
