terrible decision last time cas played Widnes in a big match there was 21k at the game hows 11k big enough shocking.

There was only 8700 at Wigan - about 3000-ish from Cas
Unfortunately the challenge cup is not as well attended as it used to be, sky ruined it years ago in favour of the play off series, when in reality for most of us this is THE competition that fans want to win, with a day out at Wembley a far more realistic and attractive target than a wet evening in Manchester (although I'd happily take it)

I hear what your saying, it might not be quite big enough for this tie, but I'd rather have a packed 11,000 stadium than a third full football stadium, the atmosphere and noise will be electric at Leigh with a full house.
I know we took 10,000 to headingley for the last play off final, so where are they all? Why haven't they been getting their backsides down the lane this year?
I suppose they'll all want to come back now we've reached a semi final??

If ours and Widnes' home attendances were higher, I'm sure they would have given us a bigger stadium to share.
Let's see how many of the people who are scared they might not get a semi ticket turn up on Friday night at Wigan, or at St. Helens, or better still at the next home game to Salford...

I think both clubs will take 6000 to the semi final, that in itself should see the LSV if it is selected full.

6000 each will leave fans outside. Joke decision is Leigh. Word is 4750 tickets each with rest to sponsors and neutral etc... 4750 is poor.

It is a worthy state of the art venue for a cup semi final and would look great on TV, sold out.

why does it say 11k every where then I hope does hold 12.700 so I might be able to get a ticket for the match.

It had a reduced capacity (for whatever reason) for the Cook Islands Tonga match of 12005.

It holds 12k easily, and the North stand full (with 4000+) packed into it will be superb.

It is an adequate ground and should easily accomodate both sets of fans. I will be hoping for a sell out and it is so refreshing that some 'new' team will be gracing Wembley this year.
