Form a French SL if you want to develop the game in France or stick to RU which Toulouse is good at.

The game in France cannot be expanded with just one team in SL. I'm afraid that they've made a rod for their back. Toulouse will be in at some point soon as sure as eggs are eggs.

I'd be in favour of Toulouse coming in actually. But given the restructuring that's going on I think they should be given a place in the Championship or SL2 or whatever it ends up getting called and have to work their way up like everyone else. If they can attract 15,000 for a team that isn't even their own I foresee no issues doing that. I don't even mean that facetiously if there is that level of interest it'll happen.
