Leigh & Fev are two great sides in this league but sometimes I think we on here give them far too much praise? Ok Leigh are knocking spots off everyone but can be beaten and we've led them by overva score twice before. We have already beat Fev this year too etc etc.

I think we'll nick it 22 - 20!

We'll need to up our game to get something from it though.

18-38 Leigh.Our winning run has been quite unspectacular with us struggling to put poor opposition to bed.One glimmer of hope though,in the last twenty minutes of yesterdays game we battered Batley whose players,after finding gaps at will in the first half,suddenly struggled to make ground after Widnes took exception to a decision by the reff.We defended enthusiastcally and with aggression,just how a rugby team should defend.If we can take that into the Leigh game from the start we may be in with a sniff.

Too close to call IMO......as said on the Leigh board - your lads will be up for this 1 after some shocking results against us over the last couple of seasons,
If there was ever a game that Widnes want to win this season its this 1.

Surprised to see so many Smogs tipping us for victory. You've had a great preparation with a real test against Batley, whereas yesterday we had what amounted to a disjointed, low intensity training session. My biggest worry is just making the game in the first place, not keen on missing my first Leigh-Widnes game since 1998!

Why you worried about making it? Wigan got you working hard matt?
