New to posting on this site but thought i'd give it a quick attempt. Thought i'd take a different approach...please don't be too harsh

We can't leave it too much longer though, because the old one looks ridiculous now. Once you have a deadline people will be motivated to get theirs done. Then we can finally put this thing to bed.
