My point is all this bitterness towards Salford is pointless when you all havent got a clue what your talking about, fwiw I hope you get a license and I'm pretty sure you will, but with our stadium being built for 2012 its more than likely goiing to be Wakefield missing out

It's not bitterness mate, one of your lot came on here to tell us why we shouldn't be in SL, so bascially he got told why you lot may have been at risk in the same points. Remember also, Salford RLFC board voted for the current promotion system so if people don't like it they can tell them and the RFL, not us as we had no say in the matter!

Nope you were awarded a licence on the back of a promise to build a new stadium. Your on field achievements had little to do with your inclusion. That is why you were sent a letter saying that your spot for 2012 was in jeopardy if it wasn't built and ready for the start of the 2012 season.

There is little to no bitterness to Salford on here... in fact there is little bitterness to anyone these days. We have our house in order and we are happy little chickens. Any resentment has been stirred by one of your own with their original post.

Funny as they also said similar as have Castleford. FWIW IMO Wakey will miss out but their is also no denial that until recent developments i.e. the last 6 months or so your boys were one of the likely lads! Fair play for turning it around if it's sustainable though

I have no bitterness towards Salford and it was the Ginger prick who started the thread from Salford?So we accept his words against our club on a Widnes forum?Somehow i do not think so.Widnes deserve a licence and will do well in a few yrs in Superleague.
