Both coaches have just stated their understand of the rule is that the defending player can tackle the attacking player in the air.

I thought that tackling a player in the air was a no no. Although Alibert didn;t seem to mind about it.

It's been a penalty offence for years on player safety grounds. Maybe Ocker coaches have some trouble understanding SL rules? Would explain a few things.
