| They ain't moving in.
Increased funding is now in place, a new stadium will be built and with the help of Sheikh Allam, Hull City will be moving in with Rovers, into the New, New Craven Park, all ready for City's future return to the Premiership. Here's an artist's impression

I think FC offered to pay more than Rovers were willing/able to pay, rather than that couldn't pay anything. |
