I didn't mean it as it will be announced next year!! I meant we will announce a new half back to PARTNER Holdsworth next year!!
With McDonnel, I'm very suprised it hasn't already been announced, as everything is all signed, sealed and delivered. So I would think it will be soon.

I think the new half needs to be youngish . Obviously still good enough but don't see the point in signing someone late 20s early 30s when we have just signed holdsworth who as bags of experience and so does Horne . If he is similar age we will also be replacing 2 halfs again in a few years . Chase would have been superb , not just in quality but age as well .

Maybe, for example, we will get a 30yr old (like Finch) for 1 season until we can sign a young half that will be with us for a number of years. |
