I hope you're right! It is puzzling when I hear many RL pundits bemoan the quality of the games this season and then Sky/RFL decide we play so soon after the final when we could easily have played on Saturday or Sunday. Sorry to repeat previous posts but I'm not expecting a spectacle on the Thursday |

BUT, it could be argued, Football has kicked off, so Friday/Saturday aren't attractive for big games, a meaningful game in the Thursday might be exactly why Sky scheduled it? |

Quite right and they would have been fully entitled to complain. When the idiots set this date it was 100% certain that a side on short turn around from Wembley would be involved. |

I'm not talking about helping Sky. The point that I and others are making is that either Hull or Leeds would be at a disadvantage playing on the Thursday straight after a high pressure cup final. |
