I agree with you Dave. Unfortunately the boring and repetitive nature of the board is a reflection of the boring and repetitive interviews constantly given to the media.
If the club has commitments to provide media content they should look to be more creative and run things like player profile interviews, a behind the scenes look at the youth setup or an interview with LR where he provides genuine technical insight.
Continually serving up "next year will be special" type interviews has decimated the clubs credibility and they now just sound like Del Boy and his "this time next year we'll be millionaires Rodney" catchphrase. |

I just tend to ignore it and see what happens on the pitch.
I think the club are forced to do these kind of interviews to keep good relations with the press, or nothing would be said, most of it is the HDM and they like to make up stuff particularly the headlines, which often don't relate to the quotes and many fans don't read the quotes and then make assumptions that aren't correct. |

Agree with this. It does feel like it's the same old rhetoric a lot of the time and some more creativity could be used.

Agree with this too. The press, particularly the HDM, will think that quotes/interviews about our current positions/ambitions will sell more papers for them. And they have been known to, for want of a better word, sensationalise their headlines at times with the article in question not matching the headline. |

Good summary. 2015 better than 2014. Squad upgraded and Radford in last year of his contract. Pretty straightforward to see what the scenarios are next season. We improve again or Radford is replaced. |
