I have just read 7 pages of this tripe and not one person has realised that on Good Friday Hull are playing Australia.


And the best thing is dwarf man wont be making a penny out of it.

What a miserable bunch of s, neither side will amount to much but both teams have great individuals. It needs to happen and the petty, I'm not supporting them is . It is a great concept no matter who's idea it is. If you were to cut me open I'd have black and white hoops inside. I truely believe a merger is now the way forward a la wests/balmain, st george/ illawarra.

We should merge the mascots too. "Ruf Bird" has a good ring to it!!

Is this all in aid of raising Hull's profile in the attempt to get a World Cup semi-final?

I would love to see the Kiwis play a game in Hull I think they are good box office and a coup for the city but why not play a Hull born team filled with players who played amateur rugby in the Hull leagues during their youth?

Call it a celebration of rugby league in the City of Hull and in New Zealand I couldnt think of better opponents. We could even play a Hull - Rovers Academy derby as a curtain raiser to keep both clubs relativley happy.

That only reflects East Hull though

tbh i dont think this would happen but would love to see it not only play england but other nations when they come over, ok both sides arnt doing great at ther moment but for the occasion would be great and if both clubs could make a little bit aswell then why not.
