It will kill the game which is why i cant see it happening. They've been talking about this type of stuff for years from salary cap to quotas, and nothings happened.

Did you miss the part where Man Utd have already been through it on a trial basis and passed the criteria? If you want to bury your head in the sand and keep telling yourself it won't happen then fair enough but as Kosh pointed out earlier, it's already been agreed.

The area of the ground we are in is reserved. I had a look at the section to see if there was any spare seats, to maybe reserve one for my 3 year old who will want to come in future (hopefully). There was a lot of spare seats around us. It was early Sat morning when we went and unless these people went later in the day, they where running the risk of losing there reserved seat. Or just not renewing.

About to hit 5,000 sales.

Realistically, it's a big ask to retain the same number of passholders as last year's record. Guess we'll not really know until end December.

Just had a quick look back and last year we hit 7,500 season ticket sales on 23rd December.

me and my lad sit in what was previously an unreserved section in the east stand (block 1icon_cool.gifand when i looked at the plan in the ticket office,there were loads of untaken seats,and we have managed to sit around where we usually do,so i am happy at that!i do believe that pass sales are down on last year,but a lot of it is simply down to financial pressure on people.

We've still got our passes to get, we sit in the South Stand and have until 31st Dec before the discount period ends. We always leave it til last min and I suspect a lot of other people do. I think we'll be looking at around the 8,000 - 8,500 mark which is still very good.
