| Rounds 1-15 are all on sky channels I think, then after round 15 they go to 2 a week but the other 4 are still available via sky sports streaming platform, so if you have sky sports you don't need super league plus as well

| Thank you,
So let's say the first round derby and one other game won't be available live on the subscription to UK viewers.Delayed view, other 4 live?

| Yeah I think the non sky games are available 48 hours after the game? Suppose the only risk is you hear the scores of them when watching other games

| Get rid of Sky sports, buy the app, down the pub for non app games.
I'll still go to all homes games, but this will definitely reduce the amount of away games I get too.

Or, a wider audience see it and might decide to go to a game

| I really dont know how this is going to go.
Pro's: some people live away and them buying a stream is new revenue.
Filming every game is better for the Video ref aspect and the highlights (both SL show and Social Media)
Not many clubs bring a decent following to the MKM anyway, so potential reduction of ticket sales is limited.
Cons: I can see some of the dead rubber loop games taking a hit, lets face it you wouldent be in a hurry to cough up £34 for some of our August/September horror shows if you can stream cheapily at home (risk of throwing something through the TV however )
Key thing though: does anyone know how the streaming revenue is distrubuted? Is it home team gets the lions share?

That’s what they said about football. There used to be 2 live games a season, then they started showing more Live games, then Sky came along with progressively more live games. Crowds went from half full stadiums to sell outs. Other factors too I know, however just because a sport is shown live on TV, doesn’t mean attendances fall

IMG had nothing to do with the Extra TV deal with the BBC
Negotiated solely with RFL.
Whats your good news coming out of IMG?
My opinion is they are a waste of time and money and now the first Invoice has gone in for cira £500,000 questions will be asked because apart from introducing speadsheets to the RFL and a flawed grading system that has no reward for having an academy system that produces players and only 25% of points for on field performance what have they done?
They want to cancel Magic weekend and remove promotion and relegation which should be a staple of all sport in this country as it provides incentive for the clubs and excitement for fans and seemigly for no viable reason.
They came in with a vision to raise standards and promote/market the game yet we have seen nothing especially in marketing and i think the RFL could have used part of the £500,000 far more wisely with a lot more effect by using a young marketing company with modern ideas how to market the sport.
Finally with regard to London, condemning a club to relegation before a ball has even been kicked despite its finishing league position brings the game into disrupute and to be honest if it happens the sport will be a laughing stock

Must admit to initially being very hopeful that IMG would make some significant improvements within the game, I’ve been questioning for a while what they have actually done/brought to warrant their involvement & cost.
The grading system is an absolute joke when there is nothing in there in terms of youth and bringing that through. Whilst I appreciate that newly promoted teams would need time to get up to speed due to the gulf between SL & Championship rugby the removal of promotion/relegation for apparent new system is a backward step.
All in all in terms on VFM re IMG is may not be on the scale of the Stobart or Papa Johns involvement it’s certainly up there with big question marks.
The game needs a big injection of cash and unfortunately the RFL and certain clubs don’t want or appear to want to share with any possible investors, which sums up why the game continues to falter due to the fear of control or FOMO.
