Its a scam and if anyones signed upto it they have either got too much money or are thicker than an 150 year old oak tree.

Paying 60 quid just to have a flimsy card in your ar5e pocket to get a 10er off a shirt, discounted derby ticket, 20p off a big mac or whatever.

Whatever next? these clubs get a fair chunk of salary cash thrown at them already from sky, if these people want to be the big i am at runnin sports clubs and claim ownership then they should stump up the cash themselves otherwise you may as well let any old soul run it.

As for hull taking up the scheme, well in my eyes id like to consider myself already a loyal fan after the crap ive had to put up with on the pitch served up by shocking so called personnel describing themselves as super league players and coaches these past 3 years. I have a RESERVED seat since day one in the KC and i would be extremely miffed if that was taken from me because of some jumped up money makin scheme that gives no real benefits to an already loyal suppoter of 36 years.

Nobody is ever 'happy' at parting with cash if they don't feel they need to. But the fact remains they have and if it secures them their place in the east stand all well and good, as there are further savings to be had in the long term, that is also fact.

This has just decended into the usual tribal, chest beating Hull v Rovers nonsense and i cannot take some people seriously in all honesty.

I think there are two separate schemes being discussed here.

1)A club scheme like Rovers have introduced where you pay a fee and get some "benefits" (season pass price, £10 off a shirt etc).

2) A loyalty scheme where you get a "clubcard" for free and then get points added on for, say, buying a pass, spending money in the shop, is different as it probably wouldn't involve getting season passholder benefits of, say, priority on CC tickets.

As an ongoing passholder, I already get the type of benefits in 1, but could see the benefits of 2. The problem with 1 is you get 2 tiers of season passholders, which is unnecessarily complex IMO.

I'm delighted with my £60 membership.





The comparison with the Broncos membership - theirs will be an annual fee, rather than a initial payment, then 'nominal' renewal fees, won't it? Also, although the free bus/rail travel is good, it isn't much use from Paragon.

having read most of this topic i can't see fc doing one of these schemes, mainly because

we are a profit making club
we have enough seats to cover our average fan base

we have had 2 poor seasons now, can you really see rule coming out with something like this??

this scheme reminds me of Ratners. all shiny andlovely on the outside, but worthless and a complete rip off when you buy
