So why the anti-Radford rant?? Just admit you don't like him it would be easier, what you stated could easily apply to most of the team particularly on last seasons showing.

I would have liked the club to have waited till next season with offering a contract to Radford . With a few players ooc next season ,We have a great chance of making some big changes to the squad .

What rant? I was highlighting what he does wrong, what he doesn't do that others do and why I don't think he's in the top few second-rowers at the club. My liking him or not is neither here nor there. I've stuck up for him (both on here and at games) plenty of times in the past when he was receiving unfair criticism. All that I'm bothered about is what's best for the club and, from what I've seen from both Radford and his competitors in the squad, he shouldn't be getting a first choice spot in the back-row. Is that really so hard to accept?

My own opinion,and it is just my opinion,is that I am pleased Radford has re signed for Hull, but personaly I don`t like him as captain.

Radders is a good player, I personally wouldn't have given him a new contract and i also wouldn't have given him the captaincey but he's here for another two years now so support him and let him get on with his job. after all he is a Ull Lad.

My undertanding is that Radders was surprised he was offered the captaincy in the first place , so he may well not be too surprised if it is taken off him.

He'll see out his contract and move to a coaching role somewhere - that his where his future ambitions lie.

I would have waited to see hwo he went this season tbh. Agar has a big decision to make with the back row this year and one of Washy, Radford and Tickle will miss out. It looks as though it will be a straight shoot out between Tickle and Washy now.

Radders is a super professional and lead by example, he should not be captain but does have an important role in the side providing we get the balance right.

I would like to see Radford, Crocker and Washy as the backrow with Manu off the bench, harsh on Tickle though.

He has the added pressure of Thorman been able to kick goals also.

A good point. Before he had to play where as now he doesn't. The only think is Tickle runs better attacking lines than Radford who really plays like a prop.

Maybe we will only play with one prop on the bench and have Tickle on the bench too? That way Radford could cover the 4th prop spot?
