Unless your in their inner circle, no disrespect, but no player worth his salt, is going to tell a fan their true thoughts on a coach, not a chance, there going to come out with the usual, "top bloke" etc etc, hardly likely to come out and say, the guys clueless, crap coach, his half time talk sends us into a coma!!
i remember talking to Andy Last about John Kear, after hearing the talk about their being unrest in the team, and he told me its all b*ll, not a bit of truth in it, they 3 days later hey-ho Kears shown the door, when i next saw Lasty, i had a joke with him, and he sadi hes hardly likely to say how it really was! and i thought he was genuine

It is good to see other fans can see we have a problem.

Any kind of weather doesn't mean we should turn into drones and just keep forking out for the dross that is being served up.
I am still not sure on whether i will renew my pass next year, but one thing i will certainly do is follow the team to all the away games if i decide not to renew the pass, at least that way i can watch my team and know the board are not getting any more money from me whilst they persist in sticking with what is becoming apparent and that is a failed coach.

Perhaps Agar is a nice bloke who gets on with everyone? The players may genuinely believe the hype that he's had ( essentially for being young and British ) and enjoy working with him. Unfortunately that has nothing to do with being an effective and successful coach or manager. Being pushed out of your comfort zone isn't necessarilly a pleasant thing at the time but a coach has got to do that on occasions and convince players that rewards will come from it. As a player if you're being told you're going well and not being asked for more why would you question it? Why wouldn't you support your coach? I just think it's all too cosy and familiar and it needs a complete change of people and ideas that will challenge the players we have. Cultures come from the top down. Our culture doesn't produce results. Change it.

Agar has been with Hull for donkeys years now and he gets more like an ASS every year what goes by.
